IME Insite Bot is an internal tool used by IME 611 Company Limited to prepare construction inspection reports. It is not offered to the public.
What the app accesses
- Google Drive of the operating account only: to create project folders and to store inspection photos, voice recordings and the generated reports (PDF and Word).
- Photos, voice notes and text that the inspector sends to the bot through Telegram.
How the data is used
- Solely to produce inspection reports for IME 611 clients.
- Photos and recordings are processed by Google's Gemini API to draft the report text.
- No data is sold, shared with advertisers, or used for any other purpose.
Storage and retention
Files are kept in the company's Google Drive for as long as needed for the inspection project and its records. A client may request deletion of material relating to their property at any time.
Google user data
The app's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
